Our representative will pick you up in the early morning. Upon arrival, explore the funerary temples of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus with your individual Egyptologist guide. The Great Pyramid, the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, is still the most colossal structure on Earth, having been completed almost 5000 years ago. Next comes the Great Sphinx, a massive statue of a reclining mythical beast with the face of Pharaoh Khafre and the body of a lion. Following an included lunch, we go to the National Egyptian Museum, which houses over 120,000 masterpieces. Explore the massive first floor, as well as the sarcophagi and mummies on the upper floor, and learn about Ancient Egyptian mummification art. This floor also houses the glittering golden collection of the boy king Tut-Ench-Amun. Your Egyptologist guide will take you to the most important exhibits first, before seeing the rest of the Museum. Join your driver and car for your return transfer to Hurghada.
